The Waco Awards is here to honor the best creators and business minds in the city and showcase all the people who represent and contribute to Waco. This event is less about the competition and focused on spreading the love and providing a platform for our community that uplifts all the great options and resources that Waco has to offer. The 5th Annual Waco Awards will be held on Sunday, December 10th at the Historic Waco Hippodrome.

Ticket Refund Policy

***Please note: we are working with a local nonprofit organization, Arts for Tomorrow, to process our ticketing. You will see their name on bank statements for any tickets you purchase.

***All official event tickets are sold through ThunderTix.com, and the Waco Hippodrome and Waco Awards is not responsible for issues with resold tickets or tickets purchased from another source.

***ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A COMPLETE CANCELATION OF PERFORMANCE BY THE ARTIST.

In the event of a refund for cancelation by the artist, or promoter there will be a non-refundable 4% processing fee that is held by Thundertix from the total purchase amount.

***We do not have a bag policy

***There will NOT be DINNER SERVICE in the Orchestra room or balcony.

***Outside food and drink will not be permitted.

***Patrons are subject to magnetic wanding security at the discretion of the venue security.

***When purchasing tickets please fill in your full mailing address and email so that your ticket confirmation will be sent. In the event that you do not receive your email confirmation, you can reach out to aaron@thewacohippodrometheatre.com for help and we will resend it to you. You do not need to bring your physical-digital ticket to the show unless you want to. You can give your name to the box office upon arrival and they will check you in.
